This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and procedures for processing, dispatching, and delivering orders from Kabir Decor Studio (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). It applies to all purchases made through our online store, operated by Kabir Production.

All delivery timelines are in business days based on Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30), excluding public holidays unless specified otherwise.

Origin and Coverage

All orders are dispatched from Surat, Gujarat, India. We currently offer delivery services throughout India to PIN codes serviced by our logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Made-to-order items: Processing times are indicated on product pages and may vary.

We operate throughout the week; any exceptions, including public holidays or peak seasons, will be communicated proactively.

Shipping Options

We use tracked courier services from trusted partners for standard domestic shipping. The final courier selection depends on product characteristics and destination PIN codes.

Shipping Rates and Calculation

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions at checkout, considering parcel specifications and delivery location. Oversized or multi-box shipments may incur additional charges.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard deliveries across India typically take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on carrier and regional network conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders within India. Eligibility varies by PIN code and minimum order value. Applicable COD handling fees will be disclosed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information upon dispatch. If tracking shows no progress, please contact our support team with your order number.

Address Accuracy and Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and correct shipping information. Requests for address corrections must be submitted before dispatch. Post-dispatch changes cannot be accommodated.

PO Boxes and Restricted Addresses

Deliveries to PO boxes or mailbox-only addresses are not supported. Complete physical addresses and active contact phone numbers are mandatory.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled exclusively for Indian addresses.

Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or logistic disruptions. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Visible damage should be documented and reported within 24 hours. Retain all packaging materials pending resolution.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your shipment, check with neighbors and building management. Missing deliveries must be reported within 24 hours.

Undeliverable and Refused Shipments

Shipments returned due to refusal or address errors may be reshipped upon request after payment of applicable fees. Refunds may deduct original and return shipping charges.

Split Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled through multiple packages depending on availability. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, with no additional charges unless stated at purchase.
