Return & Refund Policy
Kabir Decor Studio (“the Company”) is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This policy establishes the terms and conditions under which returns, damage claims, and refunds are processed, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws.
1. Return Eligibility

Customers are entitled to request returns within seven (7) calendar days following delivery.

Returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Submission of a valid original receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for the processing of any return.

Items returned without proper proof of purchase or with altered or missing tags will be rejected to safeguard against fraudulent claims.
2. Return Initiation Procedure

Customers must initiate returns by contacting our Support Team at support@kabirdecor.studio.

Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions will be furnished.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except where otherwise expressly stipulated by the Company.

Unapproved returns sent without prior consent will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Inspection and Processing

All returned merchandise will be subject to inspection within seven (7) business days of receipt to verify compliance with our return criteria.

Customers will be formally advised regarding the approval or rejection of their return within this timeframe.

Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing delays.
4. Damage Claim Policy

Customers are required to conduct a thorough inspection of all items immediately upon delivery.

Any claim related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

Claims made beyond this time limit will not be entertained.

Proof in the form of clear, unaltered photographs or videos evidencing the item’s condition and packaging must accompany the claim submission within the prescribed period.

In cases of approved damage claims, customers may be required to return the affected product, along with its original packaging, using a prepaid shipping label provided by the Company.

Returned damaged goods will be subjected to a detailed inspection within seven (7) business days, with subsequent communication of the claim decision.

Approved claims shall be resolved by replacement or refund, processed within ten (10) business days thereafter.

Submission of fraudulent, tampered, or insufficient evidence shall result in immediate denial of the claim and may trigger cancellation of the sale and legal action.
5. Force Majeure Exception

The Company acknowledges that extraordinary events outside either party’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions (force majeure), may impede timely claim submission.

In such instances, customers may request an extension of the 24-hour claim submission window by promptly notifying the Company and providing satisfactory evidence of the force majeure event.

Extensions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with all claim requirements remaining applicable upon reporting.

Routine delays, personal negligence, or convenience shall not constitute force majeure.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Goods

The following item categories are excluded from return eligibility: perishable goods (including food, flowers, plants), customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale or clearance items, and gift cards.

Sale items are explicitly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not facilitated by the Company. To obtain a different product, customers must effectuate a return in accordance with this policy and place a separate new order.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, the statutory right to cancel or return purchases applies, allowing cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, without provision of cause.

Returned items must comply with standard condition and proof of purchase requirements.
9. Restocking Fees

The Company imposes no restocking fees for returns compliant with this policy.
10. Refund Issuance

Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within ten (10) business days following return approval.
